Unsa ka dugay makuha ang LAST/FINAL/RESIGNATION Pay?

Unsa man jud ni kadugaya makuha? K ang gi ingon sa ako previous company within 3 weeks... nya ngano ang ako kauban nga more than 3 months na ni resign, hangtod karon wala paman na kuha iya final pay?

depende jud na sa company, ask them if when makuha para mainformed ka
pero sa ako na case 1-2 months jud na ang kadugayon kasagaran..

We call it TENDER. You tender for 1 month before your resignation date. That means you have to finish all your tasks and projects within that time. Be sure your HR knows when, and also your Team leader.

You will receive LAST PAY, (I recommend resigning during or after the Payday) so that you can receive something during your resignation.

After few weeks, you may receive your Employment Certificate, notify your HR for it. Your last pay will follow.

wala pa hinuon ko mag 1 month after ko ni resign.. but ako kauban nga nag una ug resign nako, mag 3 months na and ang usa ka mag 2 months na ni resign, wala gyapon... cute bya kaayo ang HR sa ATO gi trabahoan sauna

it's been 3 weeks since my resignation pay... my concern is basi ma pariha kadugay sa ako kauban usa nako makuha ako last pay...
