I'm planning to workout again and I wanted to gather info's about the do's and dont's in hitting the gym.
The last time I enrolled myself I was so sore all over and I wanted to get rid of all those flabbiness minus the hassle or yet a less hassle (i know the saying that goes "no pain, no gain")
Any tips for working out, routines, foods and stuff that I need to know to get the results I want.
