    Default GYM NEWBIE: What to do?


    istoryans!

    I'm planning to workout again and I wanted to gather info's about the do's and dont's in hitting the gym.
    The last time I enrolled myself I was so sore all over and I wanted to get rid of all those flabbiness minus the hassle or yet a less hassle (i know the saying that goes "no pain, no gain")

    Any tips for working out, routines, foods and stuff that I need to know to get the results I want.

    set your goals. don't rush. ask instructions sa spotter, dont hesitate. you might end up a more stressful workout because youre doing the wrong routine.

    para mas effective, at least 60 seconds rest every repetition. if you think your insecure bout your flabs, go to a not-so-crowded gym. i suggest sa power hub. you can look as crazy as you want, you wouldnt care kay wala man taw didto.

    research.. unsa imo goal, time limit sa imo goal,motivation, food & supplements, exercise and ect..

    for me ang biggest factor is motivation.. if you have a solid na motivation everything will fall into place.. "he who wishes to sing will find a song"

    exercise.. start slow.. leave your ego at the door.. so what if the next guy can lift more than you...

    food.. depende sa imo goal.. you are what you eat..

    just like edmac said bro set your goals. don't rush. coz developing a muscle takes time and same goes to the belly fat...discpline ragud bro mao ragud na

    do lots of research about training protocols. for starter, build up your strength first para di ka ma burnout.. start with 3X5 or better yet, try doing read backs ato GYM TALK na thread kay daghan kag makuha didto.

    POWER HUB lagi doh. 1000 monthly. new equipment and high end facilities.
