is there really such thing? why people create conflicts when these people should be supportive of each other coz they are all in the same industry? why agents from call center A hate agents from call center B? why people from this call center only have bad things to say about other call centers? speak up!

I think its normal ky lain2x man gud ning mga attitude sa tawo.
Cguro sa character pud, Mostly pud sa agents kai tungod pressure ila work.
Sometimes sa character sa tawo they dont think what they do.
