but to answer the question, depende ra man japon na ninu.
di na man guro na momatter ang date as long as you choose to celebrate it every month.
naa man guy times na di mo makalugar ana nga date then mag sabot na lang mo na ig ka next day na lang or the day before. so for this case sometime end/1st week of the month mo mag celebrate ok ra man japon na.
