Tip, does it affect an employee's service?

have you experienced this in most commercial establishments especially offering services that a tip makaaffect gyud sa iyang pagattend sa customer? paita cguro if wala kay extra for the tip haay... is this good or bad?

i think it does not really affect if u will give or not..because u dnt give a tip before ordering..who would thought you will give a thousand of tip?dba?

murag dili mani maka-affect cguro.. depende rman na nimu kung muhatag ka or dili....

if the food attendant gives good service, i would encourage customers not to tip them but bless them instead. if we eat php200+ i guess we give php20 as tip and php50 for blessing the person, service for me counts especially when the attendant is really attentive of the customer.
