    Unhappy letter writing suggestion

    any suggestion in making explanation letter with regard of failure to comply working assignment due to hictech schedules... and deadlines.. flowery words... is it good in explanation...
    this is my first time that my boss ask me about it..
    please do me a favor....

    i need some catchy words... na it could strike him..huih!
