I need help dial up connection sige ka putol

2 nights ago ako gireformat my pc windows 98 se...ok na tanan but the prob is magsige ka putol iya connection sa dial up internet. di man unta ni ingun ani sa wla pa nako ma reformat. unsa man kaha ang angay nako buhaton? do i need to download something? pls help....

physical connection problem. try to test your phone line for statics or the connection from the wire to the pc. most likely your modem is having driver incompatibilities or maybe it just need a physical and soft re=-installation.
