where is your location?

normailly you can't survive with one shipping or arline agent.. you should have multiple carriers to make money.

if you have only one carrier and does not have enough volume for business, then your staff would be busy thinking of how to steal from you.

on the downside, different carriers require different modes of payment, booking procedures, online requirements etc.

so i think a deeper pocket is required for this business.

but the returns are great.
