huh?! nakatulog na pala ako... buti di pa ko lumagpas...
i was in a jeepney, sitting behind the driver, about halfway from where i work to my home. i looked around. it was raining heavily.
hay... buti na lang nadala ko 'tong payong ko...
that sigh of relief was immediately followed by a quickening of my heartbeat as i noticed the person sitting opposite and infront of me: gina, my crush, our 24-year-old next-door neighbor!
my hands scrambled for my hair. i couldn't bring out my comb. it would've been too obvious.
shucks, di kaya tumulo laway ko kanina?... i took out my hanky and wiped the sweat off my forehead. just to be sure, i also wiped my chin and the area around my lips. what the heck! i wiped my entire face clean and dry. but wait... she wasn't even aware i'm here... she kept on looking outside past me, frowning... she was wearing a sleeveless blouse, slacks and sandals... i took the opportunity to look at her more closely and admire her for what she is, a very beautiful lady... her eyes, her nose, her lips, her smooth face... just perfect... i moved my glance downwards... towards her neck, her bare shoulders, her full breasts, her arms, her hands...
kinis din siguro ng legs niya... her feet, how i love them small and tidy!... i raised my head slowly... her legs i'd love to massage, her hips i'd love to sway, her breasts i'd love to caress. her lips i'd love to kiss, her nose sculpted the way i want it, and her eyes now staring at me...
..patay!...
she was smiling. "hi!" she said.
i only managed a slurping noise.
naglalaway na pala ko... nakakahiya...
dunno know how long it took me to regain my composure but when i did say something, it was weak and pathetic.
i said, "hi."
oh, that was great... let's try again.
"hi! di kita napansin ah."
talaga lang ha...
"san ka galing? sa work? lakas ng ulan noh? wala pa naman akong dalang payong..."
kaya pala nakasimangot kanina... hmmm, payong kamo?... "meron akong dalang payong. share na lang tayo pagbaba."
"buti ka pa, laging handa."
and on we talked until it was time for us to step down the jeepney and brave the downpour. it was still a couple of blocks to where our houses are. she held on to me real close i could smell her perfume. "nababasa ako... lakas ng hangin...," she said.
holding the umbrella with my left, i wrapped my right arm around her shoulder.
as if naman may maitutulong yun noh... she didn't reject, and that was a good sign. i dared smell her hair and let her know it. "ambango ng buhok mo. sarap amuyin...," i remarked.
"sus, amoy pawis na nga ako eh. galing mo mambola."
"sa talaga namang mabango eh." i smelled her hair again. "hmm, bangooo... sobra..." and i felt her cuddle up to me.
the next few minutes were spent quietly, just walking in the rain straight to her house. both of us were feeling warm in each other's company that a wrong word said might only cool the moment down.
alas, we're at her doorstep.
"ok na, hanggang dito na lang..." i said, meaning to say it as a question.
"bakit? di ka man lang ba papasok sa loob?" she said,
meaning to say it as an invitation. i led her in.
as soon as the doors closed behind us we kissed... passionately... deeply... as we try to undress each other. and then we were both naked. and kissed some more... our tongues going at it like crazy… our eyes were closed but still we made it to her bedroom... and i finally laid her body on the bed… I couldn’t resist staring at her bountiful bareness…
ang swerte mo tsong!
... then something hit my head... hard... it hurts!

a feeling of disorientation swept over me as i tried to open my eyes, which are as heavy as lead. i was in a jeepney, sitting behind the driver, about halfway from where i work to my home. it was raining heavily. our vehicle must've hit a bump on the road.
namputs, panaginip lang pala!...
i looked around.
tsk. wala akong dalang payong. then i noticed those small feet in sandals infront of me. i raised my head slowly... those same slacks... breasts that are a lot more smaller... athletic shoulders... and then i realized who it was... si pepeng bakla!
"hi,"
it said. "wala kang payong? sabay ka na lang sakin pagbaba."
that did it! "para!! mama, para!!" i hollered inches away from the driver's ear.
para n'yo nang awa... i jumped out of the jeepney and ran.
