    Default 24-Hour way tugpa-tugpa


    I have to starve my body of sleep just to get the right time of sleep and waking up. I hate sleeping at 3-4am and waking up at 2pm in the afternoon. Its just so irritating, i dont get to jog early in the morning, i dont get to eat my breakfast and stuff. So im doing this, walay tugpahay

    What's your point on way tugpahay guys? experiences? breakdowns? lolol.

    ako brad ing ana sad ako schedule. hehe.

    pero ako nabantayan sa,, inom ug gatas para lami kaayo ug katog. unya matug ka mga 7-9pm...

    maka mata ka ana mga 4-5am sakto ra prepare para jogging. human jogging breakfast dayun. :P

    hmm.. okay rana.. been there.. all u have to do is to really have discipline and change ur sleep cycle..

    ako nakaya nako sauna kad2 padung pa ko mag college nga 3 days straight way katug... adik man gud ko ug tantra before and didto ko sa sanciangko tigduwaan... nagdala ra ko ug pajama, sando and extra brief didto... didto ra ko sa shop manghilam-os and didto ra sad mukaon...

    the good news is, kaya kaayo, way nahitabo na axidents like breakdowns, etc...

    d bad news is , puwa lang jud ako mata and kapoi ang lawas... and kad2 pag tulog nako, 2 days ko way mata2... naka ihi na gud ko sa ako bed dat tym.... and sakit ako tiyan pag mata nako, wa man gui sud...

    lol richmack. naka-ihi sa bed. ahahahaha

    kahapon grabe kaayo ka-stressful ang trabaho. hapit na tingali ko magka-breakdown ato. mga 10pm na ko nakatug then mata ug 10am. ahahaha. side effect sa way tugpa kay headache. naglabad gihapon akong ulo.

    balik nasad ko way tugpa-tugpa this saturday i think. para mausab gyud akong sleep cycle.

    Exactly, i was like jesus christ, coz 2 days jud ko na2g... My sister thot i was in coma kay di man ko makamata sa iya tuktok, but was assured na buhi ko kay naghagok man ko... Wa man nanakit ako ulo pagmata nako... Kapoy nuon nd lami kaau ang kuto sa ako mga bukog... Karn, 2 days max ako makaya, magsakit na ako mata f mulapas pa ug more than 48hrs na way tulog... Nursing man gud ko so anad2 na gamay nga tag 2-3 hours lang ang tulog..

    @0T Kriya man ko migo... Vidya ko didto...

    side-effect sa way tug noh kay uga kaayo then feeling pilit kaayo imong nawng.hehehe
