Men are born insensitive. Agree or Disagree?

I just observed that men are so insensitive, its hard for them to say sorry if they commit mistakes.

Other times, if imong sulti-an sa ilang sayup sila pa ang masuko or d ka tagdon. As if ikaw na nuon ang nakasala.

If saputon sila, ma apil ka..

Are these attitudes normal ra sa lalaki or ang ako lang partner ang lahi ug batasan?

i beg to disagree though i am a girl..not all men are born insensitive..i mean...they are also sensitive..it's just that they want to show their masculine side thus we tend to judge them as insensitive but in reality..they do care more than girls do...
