hello guys, kinsa nag gamit ug mozcom provider sa inyo internet cafe. ok ba moscom compare sa PLDT ug Globe.. maayo ba ang ila technical support?

MOZCOM is our ISP but we are not a cafe, HMO business amo-a.

mozcom's office is on the 10th floor and ours on the sixth, instead of using a phone and modem to connect serially, we requested that some cables could be dropped from their office to ours. if the ISP is down, we're also down, unless they implicitly unplugged the cable..lolz

we subscribe to a 512 kbps line. but checking the connection speed @ www.2wire.com, its beyond 650 kbps.

we used to have PLDT DSL line 512 kbps but due to technicalities and the position of our office with theirs thats why we shifted. from that moment onwards, i have experienced good service with mozcom.

technical support is much better compared to other ISPs ky local raman ila techs...d nka i forward manila...magkasinabtanay raman au ang mga bisaya...they also give suggestions and recommendations with ur network setup and problems unlike other ISPs na purely connection problem ra jud ang i cater sa tech support nila..
