I worked there before in IPI in HR Dept. as Training Officer and I would say that IPI has applied Aromatherapy as part of their natural healing campaign and promotion. What school are you?

they are selling scented oil, i bought mine there, anha palit sa ila pharmacy inside ipi compound sa mabolo kay cheaper

maybe your reffering to peppermint, or eucalyptus, tangerine is also homot
