ganahan q mu.apply ug call center.. but after high school dretso q ug traning as a medical transcriptionist.. naa na q work karon as an MT but I want to transfer sa call center for personal reasons.. now, my problem is, dili dawaton aq training as a course kai d man jd xa course... what companies accept noobs? I'm 18 at the moment pa and don't know yet what's the "real" deal with call centers.. I only know little about it... help me plzzz.... anyone mka help nq ug sulod sa call center? d lageh mu mg.mahay

i think most of the call centers, accept newbies or no exp at call center industry. as long as your high school grad. and some have their qualifications like 2nd, 3rd maybe 4th yr in college. good luck!
