Problem with Sun GPRS/MMS - any suggestions?

Starting around January, I've been having problems with my Sun GPRS and MMS services. What happened was naputlan ko coz na-late ug bayad, and when I got it reconnected a few days after, I wasn't able to send MMS or use the GPRS service anymore. I tried calling their Customer Service many times and all they tell me that there's something wrong with my settings, but here's the thing - I've had them send me the settings over and over again, and I've used 5 different phones (SE c902, SE k660, Nokia 5310, Samsung u900, and i900 omnia), and still, it's a no go. I tried to explain to them that the settings had been sent over and over, and told them about the situation last Januray and I just end up being disconnected or placed on hold for a very long time.

I'm a postpaid subscriber, and I'm really frustrated coz I'm not getting the service I should be getting. Can anyone suggest anything I can do about the situation?

the best way is to talk to someone with authority sa ilang outlet and demand that they either give you the service you deserve or you will sue..you are paying for that service and yet you are not given it..thats breach of contract..mura kag gi-ilad bai..

OT: naa na diay 3G ang sun bai?but sa postpaid ra sa,wala ang prepaid?

the first thing i did was go to the sun shop at ayala and all they could tell me was to call the cust service hotline. i'll try calling cust service one more time tomorrow, and if they still can't resolve it, i'll probably have to take your advice bro and have a chat with the manager.

OT: sun doesn't have 3G, just EDGE/GPRS, but that's good enough for me coz I use it for light browsing and retrieving emails. and they're supposedly offering 10 PHP/30 mins too - something i really can't find out coz of the current situation.
