Need Help : My VOIP wont function

Hey ka-istoryans,

need help regarding sa ako voip..

the company i've worked with, send me a VOIP so para mao ako mgamit kung mowork ko.
then i've tried using it sa pldt and wimax, nifunction cya.
pero if i use my internet connection/globe dili ko katawag or kasulod sa among system.

i've tried calling the customer service sa globe, they've said that account sa globe is open/activated with the any voip.
but advise me to hire a local technician kay naa pa daw iset-up na sa ako modem.

anybody, who knows how to set-up activate my voip sa globe na service provider?

or ill just cut-off my globe connection and apply for pldt?

... para di nako mahassle ug pangita ug technician.

kay dili ko kaduty if dili magamit akong voip.
my voip phone is functioning well sa other internet service providers but not with globe.

anybody , who knows this.. let me know

I think this is regarding about the Private IP of Globe.
