Cannot see other PCs in the network. Help.

Here is the setup of the network. 15 computers are connected to the HUB. HUB is connected to ROUTER A. ROUTER A (not wireless) is the gateway of the network / hosts the Internet connection. Now I have 1 computer with a Wireless LAN to connect to the network.... so I used a wireless router (ROUTER B) to act as an access point and is connected to ROUTER A.

Now here is my problem. The wireless computer can connect to the internet.... But, it cannot see the other 15 computers in the network of the same workgroup. The 15 computers as well cannot see the wireless computer. I also noticed that the 15 wired computers cannot see / ping ROUTER B.

What is wrong with the setup? Hope somebody can help.

Both Routers are Linksys brand.

should have used an access point not a router para maka kita na siya sa uban pc. unless you can configure your router as an ap only and not a router. routers and ap are not the same.

we have the same setup akoa lang kay d-link 2 wireless router same prob.

ah mao ba.... abi nako pwede ra mahimong access point ang router... so sa imong case, nagpalit paka og access point?

cross-over cable daw gamiton.... ako ni suwayan basi mao ra ni solution.

I tried using the cross-over cable and it works.... makakita na siya sa uban PCs sa network....

you can also use the wireless ROUTER on both structure (ADhoc or Infra) use the NAT then it should be on the same IP block both 15 computers & the wireless computer that you are currently using..just leave the other router, that can cause loopback

Your 15 computers connected to router A cannot see the computer connected to router B coz obviously they are different network and vice versa.

Eventhough they are belong to the same workgroup but still they are both different network.

You might try disabling the DHCP server of your router B so it will act as a wireless switch. So the router A will the one who will give an IP address to your router B. So they would be in the same network.
