R12 vs R134A

I need your expert inputs. Which is generally better to use as aircon refrigerant, R12 or R134A? Based on your experience which is generally cooler? I understand 134A is more environment friendly though.

Sometime this week i will have my ride's aircon worked out by dodot. I will ask him about this if ok lang nga kani maoy e load. Thanks.
