Brand new street policeman notice a guy walking with 20 pinguins walking by.

After the third day, he stop the man.
policeman says " Sir, you really need to take them birds to the ZOO."
the man replies "do you think that's best?"
policeman says "yes"
the vary next day he see him again, but this time they all have sunglasses and little towels.
slightly mad he states "I thought I told you to take them to the ZOO!"
the man replies " I did and they loved it so much we are going to the beach today, thanks for the suggestion"
