Para nako, ok ra nang mga modifications basta "functional" lang gyud, does not compromise safety ug dili makasamok sa uban. Kung ang modification igo lang makabalda or maka pakgang sa performance sa sakyanan, di pud maayo labi na kung makasamok pa gyud sa uban nga naa sa kadalanan. Importante gyud makasabot 'ta sa atong gihimong kausaban ug mas maayo kung para na sa kaayohan.
well i dont want to classify car owners to ricers.. hey its what they want that counts. and ive noticed that most people who talks crap about ricers have v8's or something which guzzles up gas as much as they burn their tires during wheel spin.
and i agree with vernie. as long as your parts are functional then their ok. just dont over do the visual

Ambot lang ha dili ko sure but I think ang word "ricers" was originally coined in the US and was intended for Asian cars/specifically Imports from Japan. "Rice eaters" man gud tawag nila nato. These are the typical cars nga opposite to the US' "muscle cars" nga kalas gasolina....
Pero lately, I wonder why nahimo na siyang term for those extravagant mods sa mga cars.
