    Unhappy globelines broadband..help me!! siemens se260


    naa ko prob sa ako modem..kai wa nko connection for almost 4 wiks na...den grreport nko sa globe cge lang ingon na na reset na nla ako account...kai d man gd ko ka log in sa ako account...cge lang balik ang connect na icon sa ako adsl..pro gtry nko lain na account makaconnect rman cya...ako na greset ako modem..but still mao ra ghapon ang prob..cge lang ko click sa connect button...

    pls help!!!

    Imo gi try sa lain account maka connect so that means its not on the modem its on your account..contact the customer service.

    why don't they just issue you a new account, and transfer all the information of your old account to your new account. edi human na problema, globe is just to lazy to do it. Call them and if they sound arrogant or stupid then get mad at them. good luck!

    Kung sa tan-aw nimu connection ang problema gyud, you have the right to yell and curse them. Ga bayad gud ka then walay Internet. Ako sa PLDT diri na wala lang akong Internet for an hour akong gitawagan sila mangayo ko ug rebate. Hehehe. Ontime ko mo bayad then timing kaayo mag update ko disconnected ang Internet. Your paying for the connection then there should be a connection.

    Dili man gyud ni sakto pero akong last resort kung dili nila madali ask for a supervisor and yell at him.
