Hi! need help in investing

I have some small savings and I want to invest some part of it in mutual funds (since I want to have some long term savings). I am an absolute newbie. I need some advice on where I should go. What company? (in Cebu City). How much is the minimum amount? How does it work LOL


please help me.. I'll appreciate anything

dude..if you are into a safe investment, you go into mutual funds..that what we call playing it safe..but if you play to win, invest in business..i can help you find a very good mutual fund company coz i know sum1 who works der..but i dont really recomend it coz u shud play to win...just pm me

bro! I am currently investing in mutual funds.. if you go into this kind of investment, there is still risk.
but as you said the this is for long term, chances are the risk will be lessen.
There are a lot of companies offering mutual funds.. the advantage of this is that it has low minimum investment. You can start with P5,000 or P10,000. Depends on the company.

wow. thanks for the replies. I really appreciate it.. I think I'll have to do more research on this one.. Sad to say I only go 30 minutes online due to my busy schedules. there seems to be a lot of help around here
