Actually, it's a trick question.

The DD is a confirmed OCD clone.

While the OCD is a great pedal for $140, the DD is a great alternative for those who don't have that. Or only have about 1/5th of that - $25.

This may be old news or still in the rumor mill. There may also be those that claim a less than 100% tonal match. Just remember that there are 4 versions of the OCD, so there will be slight variations. But it's the same circuit, chapter and verse.
