No. People say we can put limits and rules on animated avatars, but that is one more thing we have to enforce. The solution is to disallow them altogether.

ahh I didn't know that it is only applicable to moderators or admins. Sorry bout that, Im jz new in here. I didn't know til my friend told me how to determine whether it's a moderator or an admin. I guess what I saw using an animated avatar was a moderator. I've been dumb for a while. hahaha.
