i think sa doctors man na.. pag pa health check up ka then mu give sila ug health certificate.. ang bayad niya kay same sa pa check up sa doctor.. i know one in basak cabreros.. Dr. Arlene Perez na doctor.. naa siya gamay na clinic.. try to call lang para inquire.. 4189144 mao na and number sa iyang secretary..

bitaw asa diay ni pwede makuha kay nag kinahanglan pod ko ug health certifcate? dali raba ni kuhaon? mga pila ka adlaw?

Cebu city health center they will give you certificate naa na diha dapit sa City Registrar usa rana ilang building pag ask lang dd2 regarding pagkuha certificate.

kung asa ka nagpacheck-up nga certified doctor didto pud ka kuha niya ug health certificate. naay doctor nga free ra ang health certificate naa pud uban mubayad ka. ang akong nabayaran before sa akong doctor kay 150php just for the health certificate alone. wala pay labot ang consultation fee ani.

ts, you are not very clear abt the purpose of the health certificate or were you referring to a health card where in you will be certified as a safe person to handle food (food handler) requirement ba ni sa trabaho? because if thats the case, usually, adto na sa city health office nimo e process, kanang dili mabayran ang doctor. hope this helps

adto ka sa doctor, nya pacheckup ka niya...if wala siya makitan sakit nimo..pwede ra siya magissue health certificate...pero kinahanglan sad ni siya naay purpose... apil mana sa isulat sa doctor..
