Guys,

Selling our stuff from our internet cafe, some specs here are not complete kay ako pa gipa kuha for the exact details. I'll update this from time to time and later kay pics.

1.] 5 units Intel Celeron Processor (1 pc 1.0Ghz, 2pcs 2.0 GHz, and 2pcs 2.5 GHz)
all units running with 256 MB RAM, on-board video and LAN
hard drives have different capacity, will update this tomorrow cguro

2.] 2 HP Aircon
3.] 1 Canon Pixma IP 1880 printer with CISS
4.] Scanner
5.] Linksys WRT610N Wireless Router
6.] Tables and chairs.
7.] Location: Basak, Pardo fronting Basak Elementary School

Originally running on 10 units, however, ngka hospital akong igsuon and na suyop ang among pondo nga para pang upgrade and later ni apas ang gasto even for our maintenance nga budget (which is a cause nganong 5 nalang ang running karon).

the place could actually accomodate 20 units, even 30 kung imong pugson nga ipa huot.... but the initial setup is only gud for 10 because ang other half gigamit as room. naa na cyay sink and cr for the renting price of 5.5K.

what we initially planned was to use the current 10 units lang sa, and then expand sa pikas half when we have spare earnings na... we re-painted the place, and gipahimu-an namo ug laing computer tables.

that is the reason why mas prefer ko nga mo adto mo sa place to see it for yourself para maka ingon mo ug ok or dili ba jud, kay kung diri man gud, with all due respect sa mga tarong mo post, pwede man butangan ug mga bulak unya diay to kay naay mga hidden agenda...

as to the upgrade amount kung how much, we could give suggestions kung mo adto namo sa place, going there does not mean man sad nga paliton na ninyo jud....

Mura if ato e consider current computer prices sa per pc maholog mahal ang imo price
> New PC setup nowadays nga dual core brand new cost around 10,000 lang with 1gb na memory
and higher harddrive capacity and with 1 year warranty unya add lang lang og 1500 sa surplus
CRT monitor.
> the only added value to your cafe I guess would be your aircon,table,printer and chairs.

Siguro mas maayo na lower gamay ang imo price I think your current pc setup would cause less than 7,000 per unit kon ato base sa current price. Estimate of P 30,000 to not lesser than 35,000 would be reasonable enoudh for interested buyers.

negotiable man ang amount, and I do understand your concerns, if ang interested buyer (nga interested jud after checking out the place) would negotiate regarding the amount, then that is very feasible man... Thanks
