about: ACT's website

mods; i am starting the thread because i want to ask your opinions, and all respected istoryans, not about ACT's website alone.. but of ACT as a school who claims to be Cebu's top IT school, and not having their own website(well technically they have,but...).
I am a student of that shcool, sad to say, their training for their Engineering department was not as glamorous compared to that of the Computer Sciences, aside from lack of laboratory and proper training equiptment, the teachers also lack zeal and passion, well at least on the engineering department(tungod na pud tingale sa reputasyun nga pagkabadlungon sa mga engineering, magpasa-pasa gud sila kinsay mo advisor namo). Ang uban gud nga mga graduate nga Engineers sa ACT, most of them has to cross-enroll just to meet the recquired subjects to graduate, kay wala man nila gi-offer ang subejects pero naa sa ilang prospectus. Like what happened to my sister and her BATCH MATES, nga mibayad ug usa ka subject, as part of the propectus, pero wala nila ma-eskwelahi kay wala gi-offer
I'm not saying nga tungod kay IT school, kinahanglan jud ug website, wala gud na gipamugos sa CHED, pero sentido-kumon lang gud ta..manabi diay ka nga may ka muluto ug bud-bud nga wala man gani kay gipakita nga bud-bud? and also, it degrades the students' morale being part of and IT school, bisan ako sa akong part... my friend from silkroad (online game) ask me about my shcool's website, i was expecting nga up and running na ang website sa ACT, because when i was a student, 2005-2007 the website was always under constant maintainance... i was shock to see it on the same status until now.. na-uwaw ko. But that was not the reason to motivate me to start this discussion, ang ako lang ba is.. im planning to continue my studies on a different course,Computer Science, sa ACT. Bebot was able to put-up an 11 storey building.. why can' he maintain a site?!
kadaghang hait nga mga programmer sa ACT, can't i expect change?
bisan para na lang sa mga ginikanan nga mahal kaau ug bayad...
makaingun pud ko sa akong kaugalingun... medyo too much ra man tingale, but this is an IT school

sakto jud ka ana brod..ACT man pud ko nagskwela ron..hapit na gale ko ni graduate..but sad to say wala lang gihapon ila website...ambot ug unsa ang gibuhat sa mga staff diha nga nag siga lang ang mata wala jud nila ayoha ilang website..kapaet.nya naa pa mi subject nga networking naa daw kunohay laboratory but ka 3 ra mi nag lab..saon..hahahaha...paeta jud...wala lang jud isog2 nga mo reklamo anang skwelahana...

mahimo man siguro bah kung ila gus2 buhaton nga mag himo ug site... unay na kaayo ug programmer and designer dra sa school... basin naa lang cguro sila issue... hehehe.. bahala nana ang website bsta mo graduate lang ko.. hehehe

tol mahulog man gud nga ang website nila is a "banner" or "flag" for the school considering it is an IT School.
o, unay ra sa programmers, but the willingness to fund is not there..

naa lang guro sila gibusyhan sa mga lain projects. but kita man ko sa ila schedule of work sa technical room. naa sila website development. let see unsa na ang developments sa website next semester..
