20 Hectares Lot (Ideal for Yard)

Guys,

I have a friend coming to Cebu this March. He is looking for a Lot and here are the specs/requirements.

> Must be 20 Hectares
> Within or close to Cebu City (dili nang layo kaayo na probinsya)
> To be used as Yard (so dili ni pang farm, subdivision, etc) - just to be used as very big yard.
> Must send a location or map indicates the site/location (google maps are ok)
> More options the better, because in the end, they want the best location for their business.

Brokers are welcome. Of course gai ko commission, kay dako dako jud ni.
