we are looking for a commercial space anywhere in metro cebu that is suitable to be made into a convenience store (C24 style)..


if you know of anything like this, if you would be so kind to post the contact numbers here, we'd greatly appreciate it..

I am still constructing a commercial building strategically located in Banilad.... hopefully it will be done this June or July... my friend have the same idea as you have and planned to rent a space (ground floor) but if he does not go on with it then it will be open to anybody

but it would much better if it can be sooner.. coz my friend who's gonna finance everything or most of it will be going to china soon.. and we wanna finalize things before he leaves..

if there's another place u can recommend, it would greatly help
