For in ear headphones, and just a little over your budget, get the Sennheiser CX300.

If you can find the Creative EP-630, much better coz it's cheaper than the Sennheiser, with almost the same SQ.

If you want something for half your budget, get the Sennheiser MX500.

philips kinatas an sa sm tag 1800 .. sounds very good.. although it looks huge pero padakoay na bya ang uso.. really doesnt look bad coz its a good name which sounds good..
