An executive who rescued a heartbroken girl who jumped off (in an apparent suicide attempt) the railing into deep water in a Singapore restaurant had to pay US$ 90.00 in medical bills at Singapore General Hospital (SGH) after he received cuts to his feet during the rescue attempt.


'I was not aware that my feet were bleeding and leaving red footprints on the sidewalk. I was more concerned with people photographing me in my underwear,' he said, laughing.
