Lover in town but loved one not visited

I just need your comment on this...

BF/GF for 2 years.. long distance relationship, due to both parties are workaholics and have businesses seeing each other is seldom ... takes months to see each other. Can't see each other on Christmas, New year or Valentine's.. then suddenly ni abot sa imo location na walay pahibalo, nya tawagan ka pa mid day na naa nag business deal na sya and won't be sure if can see each other... visiting person is staying for 2 days and is in a hotel/pension 10-15 minutes away from the office of the other.. but the visitor doesn't remember the hotel name daw when was asked and never gave an update all day k ang sabot, ang bisita ang mutawag sa local.

both totally trust each other as in wa sa ila diksyunaryo ang dudahay. But almost 24hrs na walay update.. what will you think it?
