kung ako, mag intel e5200-bsed rig ko. kung amd gyud ka, change your mobo to something better like a 780G mobo, then get the 512mb 9600GT instead kay wala nay difference sa 1gb, katipid pa ka

amd 790g na lang total 18k naman budget mo :P or get the hec 550 watts psu

hardcore games needs high end video card, and high performance from a VC consumes a lot of power so delikado talaga gumamet ng generic na psu pag hardcore gamer ka baka masira pa vc mo. . . even your mobo

the stock hsf is good enough kung wala'y overclocking involved in my opinion.

edit: bisan siguro i overclock for a few megahertz without voltage adjustments, the stock hsf would still suffice.

a friend of mine has just recently lost a mobo, memory and processor because of the generic PSU. his rig was running an 8800GT. he made fun when my st50f didn't work properly (bad batch) and argued that its no different than generic PSU, well look who's talking now?

dako jud diay ang effect sa chipset sa mobo?? dili man jud pd ko mag overclock and mag onboard.. sa ako experience sa mga chipset.. as long as pareha ra ang Fsb sa chipset, as long as ok ang processor and vcard imong gamit.. it wouldn't make the world of difference... correct me kung sayop ko.. hehehe!!! i think mag generic lng tingali ko for the mean time.. wala man pd au ko time magdula.. mga 2-3 hours lng per day... mao ra..

how about we put my 9800GTX+ in your PC. taga.i lang ko daan og 11K na cash ha kay sure ko masunog jud na imo PSU. my videocard alone pulls around 200 watts from the PSU that is why it needs 2 additional 12 volts power adapter directly from the PSU. it also needs 30+ amps on 12 volt rail.
