i agree - we have enough and objective laws, problem is from the law enforcement man not the law itself.
the law is hard but it is the law, mao man unta. ang sa ato - the law is hard but with proper massage..... it is forgotten.
our laws are good thou some lack teeth, but most is good... ang sipyat lang ang pag implement pero even if ma implement. daghan gihapon pinoy mo di mu sunod... mao ra gihapon...
Hmmm... A suggestion with very real consequences...
But there are probably many in the government who break the law out of habit. Tsk tsk tsk...
laws are mandatory in nature, but somehow, lack of implementation and ignorance makes them more like mere suggestions,
to most of us, they are merely suggestive practically because they don't concern and affect us directly.. but when the time comes that they do affect us, they come in handy to some and to some a nuissance, depending if its favorable or not..
the bottomline is, in whatever way we percieve our laws to be, we must keep in mind that we are still bound by them, lest we regret later that we have made infractions thereof simply because we are not aware of their existence or simply disregarded them..
"IGNORANTIA LEGIT, NON EXCUSAT.."
