    Talking The 3 'S' that my grandma and mom taught me

    I have to say that I am still strugling on the rule that my Grandmama and Mom has taught me but every once in awhile I get to it and and I get rewarded after awhile and saying to myself "salamat k naako natigum bisan gamay para ani na nga situation".

    Anyway, mao ni ang 3 S' na ila g tudlo nako

    inig dawat sa sweldo...

    1st S = Spend - meaning spend what is necessary.. rent/ mortgage sa balay, groceries, house
    bills, and other bills;

    2nd S = Share - sharing not in the sense na ihatag nasad tanan pero like when someone close
    is in need, or for some worth giving a birthday gift or christmas gift;

    3rd S = SAVE - place your extra money where you will NOT think of looking into it, like a separate
    bank account na as in kun mahimo wala kay ATM ani nga account or kun naa
    kanang dili dalhon-dalhon.

    hope this can help some others

    para nako... ako lang ni ha... i have to re-arrange the sequence of your 3S's...
    1. Save -- at least you save 10-20% of your income
    2. Spend
    3. Share

    If you prioritize the Spend -- you'll end up with nothing 'coz you could always say that "this stuff" is a necessity in your life... so, better save first then whatever is left -- you can spend everything. in this case, you are already safe since you already have your savings.

    ..... the point here as explained to me was to stay away from debt.. k ang debt kun maanad na mangutang then wa jud savings mahimo. Only spend what is necessary.... and just to add atleast though nag struggle ko ug save, wala man sad ko mga credit card so I live only on my means and not beyond.
