1. 370 sq-meter. It is near the exit of SRP, at the back of Lawaan Elementary School.

2. 1,500 sq-meter. It's a road-side property, 500 meters away from the tip/exit of SRP. This property is very promising especially to those who wants to build a business. There is no competition yet in the area.
