i think built in man sa cell phone ang driver ana ma'am. naay akoa inig taud nako usahay di madetect usahay madetect ug naay prompt sa screen sa cellphone use phone in usb mode man tngali to, imo lang ipress ang yes, mogawas dayon ang usb drive (drive:f akoa) sa computer monitor.

its either ur computer ang problema most likely ang OS. try another computer or reformat your computer. its also possible imong phone needs to be serviced. try another computer first...
