guys, dont know if naay inganing thread, but m just curious if kinsay gamit ug linux at unsay distro for accessing the internet? ok ba ang performance, speed?

ako gamit ubuntu pero internet browsing pa lng ako natestingan paspas ang loading sa page, try mo ubuntu its free ur u can do download from net

yep, i had been using before the ubuntu, slackwire, lorma (from lorma university in manila), the phil gov. linux(forgot what was the name), red hat, debian, suse,gentoo, mandrake, and some other distro linux which i already forgot. and about its internet surfing matter/relation, its great. light and fast. and one will never worry much about viruses and spywares. try it bro.

mandriva linux.. performance is the same as with other OSes.. nothing to worry about.. if hinay sa linux most probably hinay pod imong connection sa windows..

ako, im using Ubuntu Linux for two months na... ok raman ang internet speed but just update the Mozilla Firefox kay ang version ani na apil sa Ubuntu kay hinay kaayo. Upgrading it to version 1.5 fixes this problem.

btw:

naay YM for linux pero mura wala na gi update, karaan na kaayo and buggy kay mo exit lang kalit usahay esp. kung mo login naka then naa ka unread messages.

ang Flash Player for Mozilla Firefox kay kutob ra sa version 7 so dili ka ka kita ug mga movies sa sites like YouTube.

its really a must to have internet connection kung mag linux ka...

same ra man tanan linux maskin unsa name.. but i use Xandros linux enterprise.. naa ko installer.. pueidi ka maka download using linux(limewire linux version.) Yahoo messenger using linux naa sad..
