almost two weeks na ko nagexercise (4X na kay twice a week man)...
alternate, jogging (at least 30min) for today then the next day
I play basketball....prior to that, stretching jud to prevent pamaol..hehehe
I've noticed na magsakit akong tikod, though dili kau grabe kasakit...naa juy unease feeling...
I would like to know the cause? why ingani?
