    Default magsakit ang tikod...


    Ako ning nabati recently, wala pay one week...

    almost two weeks na ko nagexercise (4X na kay twice a week man)...

    alternate, jogging (at least 30min) for today then the next day

    I play basketball....prior to that, stretching jud to prevent pamaol..hehehe

    I've noticed na magsakit akong tikod, though dili kau grabe kasakit...naa juy unease feeling...

    I would like to know the cause? why ingani?

    basin naa koy angay buhaton...

    unsa man na, sa gawas ang sakit like naluthan?

    or sa sulod like joint pain or muscle pain?

    o yeah to be precised brod,

    dili siya naluthan...

    sort of a muscle pain siguro ni, kay wala may joint ning atong tikod (lapa-lapa).

    ang una jud nga suspect ana is improper footwear.
    either luma na imo sapatos nahilis na ng absorbent layer, or bag-o pa mao nga wa maanad imo tiil.

    another possibility, you might have fallen and landed on that area pero wa na ka kahinumdom.
