Globe - 915 series numbers

This is regarding the smart trying to call globe number series that starts with 915-xxxx


For smart any users, when trying to call these numbers it says

"the number you have dialed is incorrect".
2 of my friends have this number series.

- the globe number can call and text me
- we can text each other
- i cant call the globe number. it's really annoying.
- any smart users cant call the globe number the new series 915-xxxx (** please correct me if im wrong **)

We plan to buy a new globe sim card, i dont think they'll sell other number series.

i confirmed the problem with Smart customer service, and they cant also call these numbers.
they ask me to inform globe too.

i own a globe sim with 915 prefix..
so far everything is working fine.
anyone of my friends calling may it be globe or smart and sun can reach me anytime of the day. ^_^
