Bro, from your specs there shouldn't be any bottleneck. Your video card isn't that powerful anyway so your processor should be able to match it.

sa games nga imong gipang mention kay optimize for single core processors. Pero sa Lineage 2(especially sa bag-o nga expansion, last nako duwa ani is Chronicle 4 pa) last time nako nakakita sa system requirements is dual core CPU naman siguro to. So ok ra kaayo ni imoha specs.
