And if for some impossible reason you somehow can replace it with XP, don't. Mac OS X is so much better.

motorola processors? what are you talking about?

almost all macs I saw uses intel chips, desktop or mobile..... I've also had time to visit major Apple distros locally and I didnt even got heard of motorola chip used for macs.

to TS: its definitely NO, mac system is not exactly like an x86 platform.

ibook has a Power PC processor, windows can only be installed on a newer Mac with an Intel processor.
