    Default Naglibog ko sa reading sa CPUZ sa akong core speed

    Question lang bah, just bought a E7300 proc. Then pag CPUZ nako, wala ko kasabot kay ang core speed niya nga gi report is 1066 Mhz raman. normal rani? or unsay problema ani?

    pasensya na ha, karun paman gud ko naka gamit aning CPUZ sukad sukad and wala gyud ko kasabot..

    Nag search ko then wala gyud nako nakit-e kay lain ang thread title. nakit-an nako accidentally while nag check kog C2Q.

    https://www.istorya.net/forums/comput...-1600-mhz.html

    pero is it the same case as mine? normal ra gyud ni? kinsa naa idea kung unsa way nga pwede nako ma verify nga ang speedstep (mao bana?) gyud ni?

    imung C1E nka enabled bro, go to bios then e disabled na cya.

    feature na sa mga bag-o nga mga processors bro. automatic i-regulate sa procie imo speed kung dili kaayo need mag high speed or idle mode ka.

    try opening a dvd movie n tan-awa imo cpu-z value d ba mutaas na...

    ahh sus, nahadlok lang ko. ingon man gud to sa pikas thread nga C1E daw, then pag check nako sa unsa to nga software (basin karaan na) ingon man nga NO daw akong C1E. so samot ko kahadlok.

    ako gyud tuod gi try ang suggestioin ni reishoto then nisaka gyud pud ang reading sa CPUZ to 2666.7MhZ. Hay salamat..

    consider this closed and answered. thanks guys!

    dili C1E uy, EIST (enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology), disable daw tapos check balik CPU-Z

    go to bios setup utility and try to check basi naay na disable or enable mao naay prob imu hardware.. or manually configure the correct speed...

    lgi.. kit-an na nako, Enhanced Speedstep.. and okay na kay makita nako sa CPUZ nga mu 2.66 ghz gyud cya kung ako idagan ang prime95. if e-stop nako ang prime95 pud kay mubalik cya og pagka 1.6ghz sa CPUZ..

    Thread Solve nani ayaw na tawn mo post, Satisfied na ang Thread Starter.

    @To others

    Reason:

    Running a processor at high clock speeds allows for better performance. However, when the same processor is run at a lower frequency, it generates less heat and consumes less power. In many cases, the core voltage can also be reduced, further reducing power consumption and heat generation. This can conserve battery power in notebooks, extend processor life, and reduce noise generated by variable-speed fans. By using SpeedStep, users can select the balance of power conservation and performance that best suits them, or even change the clock speed dynamically as the processor burden changes.
    Meaning: feature to save power and processor life.
