    Default Manaot ug officemate para pahumot sa boss


    Scenario: officemate trying to sell himself to the newly hired boss, and by doing this, he exposed all his office mate's negative points (instead of the possitive ones or might just leave it alone). at the end, he was so close to the new boss. please bare in mind that the newly hired boss did not ask for him to share negative points of his co-office mates.

    isnt it so unprofessional i mean... naa dyud taw inun-ani pero wala dyud ko gadahom nga actual nako masaksihan. it happened a lot of times before pero karon nabantayan na dyud sa mga team mates nga sinalbahis dyud diay iyang binuhatan para motaas iyang rank sa office.

    can you please share kung unsa angay buhaton sa mga taw nga inun-ani. lami pud balusan, pero nindot pud unta the professional way cya balosan bah...

    OK. ako lng, do whatever you think is right.Mapansin ra na sa boss nimu nga ang gipangyawyaw d i nya is not exactly what he thought.Pasagdi lng cya sa iyang gbuhat. Truth shall prevail.

    dili jud na malikayan sa workplacen naa jud mga sip-sip nga officemates.. ok lang unta kung sip2x ra, ang naka ngil-ad kay mang daot ug tawo para palapad papel sa boss.. hahay..

    i've experienced that kind of scenario before... i used to work in a korean institute... the manager(filipino) nga amo rah classmate pg college close namo nah friend... we were five nah pioneering sa company we all know each other ky parehas rah gud og school.... so mao toh same company ra sad mi ng work... ang manager (amo nga classmate) kusog keu mo tell og negative points sa amo manager na korean(which are not true at all).. at first.. we just didn't mind it.. but it became worst....gusto niya tanan appreciation adto niya... if naa ganih mi maau na mabuhat.. ipa agih daun na, nah iyah to nah idea.. tungod niya nka buhat mi atoh and so on... mao to for 8 months nah ng work mi sa company was full of tentions.. we'd never say bad things niya in front of our korean manger...we tried to do good things.. yes we were commended but it ended up nah sa among back dghn keu sya isulti sa amo korean manager (negative).. what a shame!!! not to mention... she's very unprofessional, immature, and oportunista.... the bottom line was.... we did resign after that.. duha nlng ang nahabilin didto... (ang iyah bestfriend og ang osa nga close niya nga kauban)

    ***note: nakakuha silag permit sa TESDA because of our effort... wla lng sila ng think nah dako keu mi nah contribute sa ila company... (nkuha ra nga kami ky for permit purposes lang) we were not after of any positions sa ila company... sos kagamay tawn sa sweldo.. we don't have anything against sa korean manager namo.. he is very good.. sa amo rah classmate nah filipino manager namo... sa iyang attitude...


    heheheh... mao ra nah ako share.. rockzzzz.....

    sadly,daghan jud ingon ana, ambot trait jud siguro na nato, i was a victim...at first gusto ko mobalos, to do the same thing as she was doing pero dili jud nako nature nga mosipsip and manira sa kapwa, so ako siya gipasagdan, instead gidoble nako akong kugi and friendly ko with everybody bisag uga ang pakitungo sa ako sa akong mga kauban and my boss as well, thanks to her paninira...BTW nagsugod iya paninira when i was chosen as employee of the year...

    anyway, years jud nako agwanta,then change of management,karon nibalik sa iya tanan iya gibuhat kay naobserve man siya sa amo mga kauban kay halos tanan iya man gisiraan pud para lang humot siya sa manager, nya paawayon niya tanan nga mga kauban namo.

    karon, ignore siya sa tanan as if she doesn't exist...i was vindicated na rin kay nakaobserve na man ang tanan sa iya style...

    hmmm, it's really unhealthy if you continue to work in that company.

    it's either kamo tnan magsabot2x to take it against that sip-sip officemate or eat all your guts out and be silent about it. Basta you have your salary and that's it.

    But remember, na-ay time na basin na-ay i-terminate tungod sa mga sulsol ana moha officemate and maybe it's too late to save your self and your reputation also.

    or if you want all of you na gidaut nya should make an effort na marecognize sa boss (newly hired boss. Na he will know na kamo jud ngbuhat good stuff para mu lambo ang company. if he will recognize that and nakita nya sitting pretty rana sip-sip of course ma enlighten ra na nyo new boss...

    but as for me, i don't want to take revenge. Sa ilawom ra agi, be sure you are doing well sa mo performance which makita sa new boss para when that officemate will say somethin bad mo contradict sa yaha gpanulti ang mo actual actions.
