n00b Question about camera Canon PowerShot S3 IS

Hi..

I would like to know if this camera Canon PowerShot S3 IS is good.

My friend is selling this to me for 18k, he bought it two years ago but rarely used.

Is the price worth? or medyo expensive ra for an old model?

Any suggestions / advice would be appreciated.

For me its a great cam. I had one before and it made me started on my photography as a hobby. Its a nice cam with exceptional video capability. But 18K i think is too much. There is a newer model now which is the Canon S5 which has better and I believe the same price now. If you want good prosumer cam the Canon S series is good and remember electronics tend to depreciate quite fast once a newer model comes out. Just my honest opinion lang po

S3IS is a nice cam. almst similar to the s5is but wd some lacking features. 18k for an S3IS is too expensive. with that price, u could already get an S5IS with accessories na. Check out this deal: https://www.istorya.net/forums/gadget...shot-s5is.html.
