how often mga change oil?

shell advance VSX 10-40 synthetic mao ni ako gamit..

during break-in stage use meniral based oil.. next change oil you can use synthetic blind oil for lesser engine vibration. Shell Advance VSX is good.. if you are into racing you can use fully synthetic like Repsol..

ang shell advence vsx kay 200+ ang repsol kay mahal2x 400-500.. depende bro kung mag hardbreakin ka kay burak gyud kung asa taman kusog sa motor. pero kung normal breakin kay 40-60kph at first 1000km...
