which is better internet connection wifi, Smart or Globe?

After trying out PLDT, Smart, and Globe, since 2006, and then BayanTEL recently, our company has really enjoyed BayanTEL's service so far. There have been ups and downs, but their support personnel are really tops--the others simply can't compare, and since our company relies on 24/7 internet connection, the lesser downtimes has had positive effects on our business.

I dunno. Our company's located at Lahug near JY. According to BayanTEL, they had to tap at a terminal box all the way near IT Park kay wala na daw available near JY.

if i were you, go with BAYANTEL. I had a bayantel connection for more than a year in our other house and we only encountered ONE problem which lasted for only 10 mins. because we called the customer service.

the thing with bayantel is that it is a little expensive but you get the right support. their support team and techs are really good! We just called because we couldn't connect and the tech told us to wait for 10 mins. and they'll fix it. After a few mins. everything was back to normal.

I am currently on Globe and I must say that it is not a good provider. If you want to go with Globe, you need to have knowledge/experience about resetting values, etc. It is not for computer noobs. To be able to have a good connection, you should be prepared and should know how to reset everything and type in all your account details all over again. i do it everytime the connection is out.

PLDT nalang. I have GLobelines Broadband connection at home & its not that great.
