We are looking for website designer that can do make graphics professionally, efficient and simple. The job function is to make additional design and layout for this WEBSITE. This website will be very big somewhere in the future if we stick to the plan.



We are looking for these attributes:

* Team player, able to work with less supervision or can work under pressure, positive thinker and creative.
* Able to draw / create graphics from scratch. We need original approach, we don't like copying designs from existing sites. Create buttons, friendly interface, corporate or professional approach. Website based graphics
* Able to make friendly appearance for users, not exaggerated designs.
* Able to create flash animation, we might need it in the future.
* Knows how to control image size, quality, and resolutions. GIF, PNG, JPEG qualities. We are aiming light size objects and not heavy for visiting users
* Knows how to think himself/herself as a visiting user's point of view if it is friendly or not.
* Experienced


The setup:
The rig and resources may be provided, "enough" only for the graphics designer.
