WHY SHIFT TO WONDER BLOCKS:

LIGHTWEIGHT - wonder blocks, manufactured by A+ strutture are 35% lighter than traditional concrete.

FAST AND EASY TO INSTALL - 3 times faster than installing CHB (hollow blocks)

FIRE RESISTANT & ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY - A+ products are truly non-combustible and doesn't need hardiflex to protect it from fire & doesn't give out toxic fumes when heated. It has a 4 hr. fire rating compared to 2 hours for most other materials of the same thickness.

WATER ABSORPTION - water absorption is only 14%(almost waterproof) unlike hollow blocks, water absorption is 80% and it takes 2 days to dry up.

TERMITE & PEST RESISTANT - termites & rats cause thousands of pesos damage every year. wonder blocks are impenetrable by insects and rats.

WORKABILITY - A+ wonder blocks are strong but is as workable as wood. They can be drilled, planed & sewed. Plumbing & electrical installation are faster.

ACOUSTIC AND HEAT INSULATION - better sound & heat insulation than wood & hollow block; ideal for hotels, apartments, classrooms, party & entertainment (videoke bar) facilities.

LESSER CONSTRUCTION WASTE - 4 tons of waste are typically thrown during the construction of a 200 sq. m. home. With WONDER BLOCKS, lesser materials are used on site, no mortar filling, only 2 mm. thick layers of adhesive & plastering is used, no sand. Save on your cleaning & clean up costs.

how about the cost compared to CHB and the durability in wheather condition and catastrophies....like earthquake and esp monsoon rains...kindly compare to CHB murag interested ko..pero i have to see its flaws..kay maybe kng gamiton na ni nako sa house nya it crumbles lisod pd diba

wonder blocks are very durable. it is waterproof and heat proof too.bsan lightweight but it doesnt absorb water like hollow blocks do..and it can withstand any weather conditions...

ang cost compared to chb are more or less the same ra... difference lng is that ang wonder blocks comes with long term benefits while ang chb wala jd...pang wall ra jd cya w/out any added value...
