DON'T send CHEQUES using the POST OFFICE

    its good as gone nani..........

if dako ang amount sorry nalang gyud.........

LEARN from your mistake......... Charge to experience nalang bahala unsa ka sakit......

I had bpi cheque, then i want it to transfer the cash amount to my BDO account instead of pa incash.

hopefully, your name was specified as the payee. if it was blank, then there is nothing much that can be done.

when the check was encashed, the bank should have asked for a valid ID and it is noted at the back of the check with the payee signature so that the payee could be identified and traced. the bank could be held liable if they did not follow the procedures. even if it was a money changer, they can still be identified. anyway, a money changer does not have any business in encashing 2nd endorsed checks
